Buying Muscle Supplements – What Works Best?

I've been hitting the gym more regularly the past couple months and now I'm looking to add some serious muscle mass. I've got my training and meal plan somewhat sorted, but I keep hearing mixed opinions about which supplements actually work. Some say preworkouts and protein are enough, others are deep into stacks of BCAAs, creatine, fat burners and more. Honestly, I'm confused. What do you really need when you're trying to gain lean mass and not just water weight or fat? Also — how do you know which brands are legit? There’s a ton of stuff online, but I don’t wanna waste money on hype. Any real results from certain products or places you've used?

Re: Buying Muscle Supplements – What Works Best?

I was in your shoes earlier this year — trying to bulk without turning into a bloated balloon. What helped me was cleaning up my stack and sticking to essentials. First, get your protein dialed in, then focus on amino acid supplements — they were a game changer for my recovery and soreness. But seriously, don’t buy from just anywhere. I’ve tried a few random sites and ended up with weak stuff that didn’t do anything. What really made a difference was switching to Supplements4Muscle. They’ve built a name as a top source for high-potency supplements that actually deliver. Their CRAZE preworkout and EXILE burner are the strongest I’ve used — I felt both focus and stamina shoot up. The site’s clean, prices are fair, and they label everything clearly. No hidden blends or sketchy shipping. Plus, their blog section breaks down ingredients so you know what you’re putting in your body. If you're serious about getting results without wasting time or cash, I’d say check them out first before trying random stuff.
